better web accessability

this is just something I noticed today: many of our websites aren't the most accessible, esp. to people who can't/don't want to read them in a "normal" web browser (e.g. we don't generally have alt texts, semantic info in the html, etc.).

I've opened a merge request on hacc.earth (hacc/infra4future/hacc.earth!6 (merged)) to address this somewhat, but I guess it would be nice if we could check the other sites as well (as for the actual web services, I'm not sure how much we can do — the WAVE tool e.g. doesn't like gitlab very much, but I guess there's probably not much we can do about this short of switching to something else entirely that does it better, should something better even exist).

(see e.g. the c3 inclusion operation centre for guides on this stuff: https://c3ioc.de/)
